Annoying people.
I'm walking Pansy outside, and she goes to the bathroom, but I don't have a bag. I was going to come back and pick it up. So then there's this guy on his porch, and he's all like, "Oh, are you just going to let your dog go to the bathroom on my lawn?" and I said, "I'm going to come back and pick it up," and the guy's like "Yeah, whatever. Don't lie." And then Pansy started growling at him so he just sat on his porch. So then I did come back and pick it up, like I was planning on doing, and he's all like "Oh, you did come back. Thank you!" And the thing was, it wasn't on his lawn, it was on the area between the sidewalk and the street, which belongs to the city, and it wasn't even in front of his apartment building; it was the one next door. AND it's downtown, which is completey filthy and there is garbage and used condoms and vomit and trash everywhere, and no one is out sitting on their lawns tanning or some shit. I so wanted to hit him with the pooper scooper or go back and throw a rock through his window.
