Yay, so I'm 90 now. They let me out of the home to ride my motorcycle down Main Street.
Neil brought me flowers at work, got me a bottle of red wine, then went over to Amsterdam (the store, not the place; Leah is probably the only one who knows where it is) and Leslie (the owner) helped him pick out a plaid Lipservice miniskirt that I had been talking about getting, a Betti Page tanktop, and a little leather wrist band with velvet lining and a red star on it. And then he took me out to dinner at one of my favorite places and then we went to Four Star and got some movies, came back here and watched most of Animal Crackers, fell asleep at the end of it, and then went to bed. It was fun
Neil is so good about things. But I feel guilty because he did all this nice stuff for me and then we just went to bed and didn't do anything. I'm still sick though--I have a sore throat and a cold and I lost my voice-- so I'm coughing all the time and my throat totally sucks, and that was part of it.
I'm moving in less than a month. Time to clean and pack and fix the things in the apartment so I get my security deposit back in full. I'm going to have a hell of a time adjusting to living with two other people. I love being alone and my room is right off the living (but it is the biggest bedroom), so even if I spend all my time in my room, which I'd feel like a jerk doing, it's not entirely private. But all of us will be working +20 hours a week and going to school fulltime, so hopefully we won't see each other too much. It's a pretty big apartment, too.
