Sitting here, staring at Neil's number on my phone. I feel like I'm in middle school. He's not going to be back in town for another week and a half, but I feel kind dumb waiting another week to call him. I don't really have anything else to say besides "do you want to hang out sometime" and since they have finals this next week, I really doubt he'll be coming to Madison this weekend. Plus, I've pretty much grown out of phone conversations. I wish Melanie had just given me his email address or his sn. That would make this much easier. I really don't want to screw this up, or call him and have the whole thing be long awkward silences, and like I said I'm really not the talking on the phone type, so that's what it'll probably be, and that will screw things up. I should probably just wait until next week to call him so I can be like "hey, do you want to hang out sometime?" but that's a whole other week. I don't know. I probably should just not call him tonight and wait a week but I'm impatient, but then again I don't want to fuck things up. He probably won't even answer anyway. Melanie said he almost never answers his phone. Arrrgh, I actually find a guy I think is cute and we hit it off and now I'm going to fuck it up.
