OK the fucking haze hanging over Nor California is putting a serious cramp on my running. Nothing like coming back from a run feeling like an elephant is sitting on your chest! Thankfully as of next week I will be back in Las Vegas. I have seriously had it with San Jose.

Just another day in paradise. On the plus side of being here alone in San Jose I am getting ton of reading done. Guess I can't complain too much.

I had an awesome time at the Bay to Breakers 12k in San Fran. Nothing like running with a bunch of crazy ass people. The best part was the 20 or so people running bare ass naked. Props to that!

Going home to Vegas for the weekend! I cannot wait!

Goin to San Fran this weekend! Yay me. Gonna go see the Dropkick Murphy's on Sat and then run a 12k on Sunday.

Oh ya and I passed my Personal Trainer test! So i am "certified" now. Hmm certified, certifiable? maybe
