So still running like crazy. Yes I might be a bit messed up in the head. Headed to phoenix in 2 weeks for the Rock n' Roll marathon there and then start into training for the American River 50. Yes that is 50 miles. I think I have something like 15 races scheduled for the year. Hey we all have our addictions, at least mine shouldn't kill me. Unless I get run over or something!
