Someone left a tape of the Ironman Coeur d'Alene race at work for me. How kind. It makes you smile, to think that people who are a minor part of your life (ie. customers at work) think of you, and make an extra effort to be sweet. I wish I knew who it was. It is inspiring. Note to self: be a sweet man.

I am going camping this weekend. Still not sure where. Probably Jasper. My four day weekend turned into three days off. Not as bad as last weekend, when my four day weekend turned into one day.

I have a new fixation. That is both good and bad. Gotta acquire some confidence, and stop looking to others for happiness, cause it has not worked so far.
