What the hell? What the fuck did I do? Did I run down nuns in a fomer life? While I was working on the trails this weekend my car was in the shop getting some brake work done and fluids flushed to get ready for my trip up to Montana this week. I get the car back and the brakes all but went out. Had it in the shop today. The mechanics didn't put things back right on Sat and that's why I lost my brakes. So it's fixed, right. Well just went out to the bastard and it won't start. Sounds like the starter is dead. The brand new starter that I just put in a few weeks ago. I'm so fudking frustrated, annoyed and depressed. Yeah I know, it's just a minor thing in the big picture... but how much am I supposed to roll with before I get tired of it? You have to know me and my history with cars. I've had wheels fall off while I was driving. More than once. This hits just as I was lamenting how expensive life is. Now I don't know if I'll make the trip up to my friend's wedding in Bozeman. I just can't trust this thing. Am I going to have to fix it enough to sell it and be done with the whole mess? What a fucking nightmare. Had to vent.

really, it's fine...
and there are two answers to your follow up question. 1 being that i don't drive all that often anyway - usually walk to work and 2 being that my roomie has a car, and tends to do most of the driving anywhoo. okay, and 3 being i have a bus pass and i know how to use it!
seriously though, you say the word. it's no trouble.
