Today, I mostly just ate....fish and chips...washed down with some really good chianti....slurpio!

Okay, twice in three days...on any other day I'd feel like a big fat northern bastard....but I had a super long gym session earlier....and also an hour of colonic irrigation....

I deserve those bloody chips after all that!

In other news: I'm going to retire to the garden with the rest of the wine and smoke some cigarettes as I pat my distended, aching fat fucking belly whilst gingerly clenching and unclenching my anus....for tomorrow, I must sort me bloody self out and resume the detox.....fat chance when all said and done, 2 birthday parties and dinner with ex jenny...
