I use this exercise with clients....but training clients and hypnotherapy....
Take a deep breath and close your eyes.
Imagine that standing right in front of you is you, the perfect you, the one with the body you want, the friends you want, the relationship you want....the life you want. This is you at the top of your game. This is the authentic you.
Take a few moments to feel really good this authentic version of you. Look at the way they stand, the way they talk, the way they act around people, the way they smile, the way they breath, the way they handle problems and go for goals, the way they fill the space around them.
Step towards and then in to this authentic you. Feel your bodies merge. Feel what its like to be inside this authentic you, to see how they see, to hear how they hear, to live life how they live.
Take a few moments to day dream about how life will be different as you live more and more from the authentic you. Imagine this new version of yourself in real situations from your past, present and future.
Repeat this exercise whenever you get a spare minute.
