Phew....the weathers been *gorgeous* here in london the last few days! Not mad hot....just right.

So, I went to see my mum and sister down in portsmouth on sunday...was a great day...excellent to see them again. Everyone was on top form...although a bit of a shock finding out that my sis was married! She's 24, on her second husband and just had a baby...in fact I think my brother is on his second wife too by all accounts! Crazy people!

I'm not against getting married...but I'm 31 and have never met anyone I'd consider marrying...well...there was one lass...but that didn't work out...I've just never felt ready for it....I do now I suppose, finding that one woman would be excellent, but I'd never just rush in to it...specially after only knowing someone for a year. Saying that though, I did get a flat with an ex after only knowing her for 3 weeks and we were together for 5 years...so maybe first reactions do count for something.

Her husband seems nice enough...but not really what I was expecting...she's a smart lass my sis and her bloke is....erm..... Anyway, they're in love, and thats the important thing...and her baby is gorgeous. All she really wanted was a house/husband/car/kids and she's really taken to it all...so all the best to them.

We hung out in the garden and had a mexican style bbq thing and all drank way, way too much in the sun....perfect day really.

I phoned work on monday morning and said "do you mind if I take today off...basically I'm hungover and can't really be bothered today". Hahaha, poor work...they took my resigning on friday quite badly, they've been good though this last few days. Mind you...have been bored stupid at work...got a months notice to work through and jesus, if things don't pick up I can see myself just walking out. There's only so much websurfing you can do in a day before you've read everything you wanna read and start hitting the google "do you feel lucky" button.

Got a nice few days to look forward to now...going to a wine tasting lesson in hyde park tomorrow night...basically it's just gonna be an excuse to snaffle loads of wine...then there's this massive party I'm going to on saturday...am looking forward to that because I met a couple of lasses last week that I really liked...and I know they'll both be there...

Well, nearly finished harry potter....going good so far...

I haven't trained much in the last few months, well at all, except training clients...just took the summer off and decided to kick back a bit...hmmm, this morning though my eyes pinged open at 6:30 and I felt like going for a run. Took it really, really easy, only went for a few minutes really...then came back and did a very light 10 minute kung fu warm up and a bit of yoga and pilates...nice and easy to get myself back in to it....have to say, I felt brilliant after and all day...I think my body has really missed it...
