I did have a slip yesterday and bought a flat of Pabst. I know, I KNOW - I'm supposed to be off the stuff and on to others, but it's SO cheap. I find it has just the right aroma for XBOX and screaming 'I fucking hate you!!!' Ah, roommates...

Elysian beer is the agenda for the weekend, one I'm back on 'the West side' again. By the way, when people say 'back on the West Side,' I judge them.

I've been carpooling with this girl to Arabic, which has been fine; but every day I know her is a day I'll never get back. She, however, thinks I come to Arabic to chat and pass notes. Yesterday, she starts whispering across me to two other women who started giggling while the instructor was writing on the board. When the instructor spun around to ask 'what the fuck?' (in Arabic), the girl pointed in my direction and said, "We were just making fun of you..."
! ! ! WHAT???!!!

I generally like everyone - you really have to work hard to work hard to end up on my bad side, but she has arrived, and she's brought a bad rap with her. I should note that this isn't some sixteen year old brat - she's a logistics officer in the United States Air Force who's being paid to learn Arabic for assignments overseas WTF! All of us in the class are focused and studying for specific reasons, so it pisses me off that her antics are affecting my reputation.
