Yesterday was me mum's birthday. She's a whopping 39 now! LE GASP!! She maintains that yesterday was in fact not her birthday, but her un-birthday as she puts it. When asked to explain, she said, "I'm simply not having birthdays anymore." I think I'll take a page from my mother's book and do the same now in order to save myself some grief.
Today I have Dungeons and Dragons with my sexy group of nerds. Goody. I'm horrible with names so I have to associate people with what they play in Warhammer. This is sad, but true. Let's see, there's Eldar-Bill, Orc-Dave, and Mike-Space Marines/Dark Eldar, depending on his mood I suppose. LOL. Oh man, I'm turning into such a loser. On the bright side, there's drinking and debauchery of sorts, so it makes the night less loser-ish.
I bought a teddy-bear to sleep with yesterday. His name is Rube (after Mandy Patinkin's oh-so-grumpy reaper character from Dead Like Me) and he has black fur and a brown muzzle and looks to be in a state of thorough consternation. This is why I love him. Now, why would I be sleeping with a teddy-bear you may ask? Well, the medication I'm on gives me intense dreams and nightmares, and, well, if you've ever woken up alone after such a sweat-inducing ordeal, you'd want something to grasp and hold tight to as well. Besides, it's odd to have such dreams and then have no one to hold or wake up to comfort you, especially when you've grown used to having that for three years and then all of a sudden, you don't.
I suppose I should end this entry now, lest I run the risk of being tiresome. This was nice. I should do this again some time.
love and nightmares,

If you didn't have a goldfish memory you might have remembered that I get a headache from sitting that close. I went out to tell them to turn the lights off and then didn't feel like going back in so I left. Its ok, I got the DVD coming in soon. I hated the mime at the beginning though.
