Getting my bills in order I re-found my ticket to San Fran...So
I am finally going to "The Mecca-land" it appears. March 8-16th
for my spring break. Damn that like 2 1/2 weeks. Shit I am
falling behind!
The friend I am staying with has promised
all kinds of fun things to do and people to meet. I am hoping to
get out of the city and see something more like nature. I hear
the redwoods are mind-numbingly large. At least a visit to
Marin county to see other friends.
Interesting I have heard a few conflicting things about the
safety and friendlyness of the city. I am not sure which parts of
what I have heard make sense. I personally have always been
reluctant to go because I always have felt like I was supposed
to end up there eventually - like some tour of duty.
So suggestions on things to check out ? Stories good or bad ?

What you might have heard about the city is maybe the agressiveness of the panhandlers? But thats only in the most downtown areas, really.. I've never felt unsafe anywhere in SF. You're going to have a wonderful time! xoxoxox
