this is what i have spent most of my day doing. organizing all of our spices and grains and flours:



now i am looking at dishes, the floors which needs swept and vacuumed. too bad mal and i don't have a vacuum. that is needed. we have so many spices though it's ridiculous. our cupboards are full, there is a cupboard piled with tea falling everywhere.

i would love a glass of iced tea right now but we don't have ice... nor ice cube trays for that matter.

today is hot and sunny, blue sky all around and the furthest i've gone outside is to the back alley to sit, drink coffee and have cigarettes. i just want to make our house feel livable so i actually want to spend time here.



need a glass of water and a small break. like my cleaning outfit? it's almost like my everyday at work outfit except my pants are less ripped then.
