I was sort of forced to watch a lot of TV this weekend. Some thoughts:
I can't believe I waited this long to watch TRUE BLOOD.
I wanted to like GIRLS, but I had to give up halfway through the second episode. It's trying too hard and is too precious.
ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK has owned me from the first second. After three episodes, I had to stop so I can watch the whole thing with Anne.
ADVENTURE TIME is much funnier than I was willing to let it be. I don't think it's a show for kids, but maybe stuff goes over their heads that cracks me up. Almost all of the rest of Adult Swim is so idiotic, it's no wonder it's so popular with people who are chronically high. SEE WAT I DID THAR.
EXIT THROUGH THE GIFT SHOP is amazing, and what I got out of it was a searing indictment of the fucking idiots who are so easily fooled in the LA art world because they want so desperately to be the coolest kids in the room. Also: Banksy truly is a genius. I hope to meet him someday.

Still have yet to watch true blood, that one ladies acting just gets to me... I love girls, maybe because I am a girl and feel like I can relate but makes me want to have no job, live in New York and walk around in my underwear all the time. Orange is the new black is my shit and exit through the gift shop is quite the documentary. Adventure time was definitely made for adults, no doubt.

Not sure what season you're on with True Blood, but, sadly, it really starts to unravel around Season 5. The writing gets shoddy and the plot lines make little to no sense. I'm sticking it out merely for Eric Northman. I'm completely behind the 8-ball and am just now watching Breaking Bad (when your parents watch cooler TV than you, and they had been watching BB from the start, it's really embarrassing).
