imagine if you will being invited to a party...seems perfectly normal. now imagine that it is a graduation party. fine! if you are to attend such an event certain questions come to mind. where is it..what time does it start...do i have to bring a gift, even if i have never met the person and he is a 30 year old graduating from fire academy. so i search out the info poster and as i read along the various bits..."you're invited"..."3pm"..."address" and suddenly i shriek at the little notation at the bottom "$5.00 will be charged at the door" apparently i have been transported back to high school keggers where you get a plastic party cup and a big x in permanent marker on your hand. if everyone decided they wanted to have a party and one person volunteered to have it at their house, sure lets all chip in and have a great party but do not charge me to come to your graduation party!
in other news i went to the drive in last night. fun but no footie pajamas
the man running the booth had the most awesome curly mullet and a shark tooth dangling earring. do i need to say more.
