I first of all wanted to say thank you to everyone for your birthday wishes and wonderful comments
For anyone that's interested, my birthday was alright.
Nothing special.
I guess I'm getting too old or something.
Anyway.
Saturday was my birthday night out, and guess how many people turned up?
Three.
Two of whom left to go to another club an hour or so into the night, leaving me to party with Snowy.
And as much as I love Snowy(and by gum, I do), it really did hit me where it hurts.
I know I'm not the most popular girl in the world, but I thought I had a fairly decent number of friends.
Okay, so maybe many of them were at uni, or dotted across the country, but it was still a little disappointing, and it did make me very sad.
But nevertheless, I had a wonderful night out with Snowy in Reflex, the 80s bar
Pictures will follow shortly, I'm sure, when she figures out how to work her technology :p
But for now, here's a sneak peek of how the night unfolded after we dragged ourself back to my humble abode.
Credit to Ortus for this amazing video.
Very funny, I know.
So anyway, after the realisation that most of my Southern friends were twats, mixed in with some harassment from my ex and a growing pile of work for uni and tutoring, I crashed.
Luckily I was in chat with my fellow SG:UKers and they made me remember how to smile.
I was considering thanking the people that mean a lot to me on this site individually in this blog, but I decided I don't need to mention any names. They know who they are.
I want to thank those that keep me sane, those that make me smile when I've forgotten how, those that dance with me wearing moustaches til the early hours, those that laugh at my poor jokes about poo, those that remind me that I deserve better, those that have taught me to take chances and not to be afraid.
I love you guys.
You know who you are.
Peace out.
