hoo-boy what a day........
due to unforseen circumstances i was only able to get 2 hours sleep before the contract ratification meeting ( which passed with a vote 74 yea, 14 nea ) dammnit! now we have mandatory overtime.... grrrrrrrr...........
anyway, i walked through town and stopped at the chinese buffet before getting home and sleeping for another 2 hours before i headed back into work.
now for the interesting part...
***WARNING! DISGISTING CONTENT! WARNING! DO NOT READ IF YOU GET NAUSEOUS EASILY***
around midnight my stomache started to ache so, i took some antacid. it was prgressively getting worse. my head was spinning making it very hard to walk on/over the conveyors at work. till finaly it hit at 3:30 am as i was using the rest room. power vomiting. the technicolor yawn. puking etc.
after i was able to stop retching i made my way to the break room to call the foreman. here is how the conversation went.
me:" hey ,andy, i'm not feeling well.. i just threw up in the rest room stall."
the foreman: " is there a mop around that you can use to clean it up?"
me: *pausing to keep my calm* " i'm sure if you put some oil dry on it it would clean up easier"
foreman: *pausing as he contemplates that i'm not going to go clean it up* " yeah, i'll go clean it up..... *sigh*"
jackass.
so i go lay down for 2 hours with a fever and chills. getting up at 10 to 6 i go to take a shower to get the stink of puke off of myself when... vomiting round two! at least i was in the shower this time.
so here i sit with a fever as i write this. the vomitng has moved it's way down my system. so, yes, you guessed it: explosie diarreah.
