finally worked out a decent eating plan: after working out when i get up i head over to the chinese resturant. what? eating out? you're thinking. but in reality the mongolian BBQ is the healthiest way to eat. fresh chicken and raw vegetables steamed on an open grill with water is about as good as it gets. top that off with generous portions of fruit for dessert and you get one low fat nutritious meal. then before i take a nap before work i have snack consisting of a granola bar and fruit of the week (i.e. what's on sale, this week peaches for 78 cents a pound). on my way into work i have another snack, granola/friut round two. on my 1st break at work i have a cup of ramen noodles( ok, not the best choice..) on my second i have a handful of mixed nuts with maybe a skim milk. when i get home i have a light snack before i head to bed topped off with a small glass of wine. my goal is to lose 50 pounds by spring.

At first I was gonna be like "turning down the Double Double time?!?!, WTF!" But then I find out it's your B-day this weekend And I'm like "Fuck It, hope you have some mad ass fun!!!" Wish I could help you celelbrate.
