i've been planning my exercise routine in my new attempt at weight loss. the hard part is being able to stick to a sensible eating plan working third shift. i know i can do it as i demonstrated last year by taking off 60 pounds but gaining most of it back. depression was a major factor in that for i gave up all exercise and controlled eating.
i have found my choice of exercise this time around. resistance training. at my age heavy weightlifting is more than likely detrimental to my body and god knows i have enough injuries as it is. with resistance training i do not use weights but exercise bands which increase in resistance the further you go in the range of motion. much easier on joint. so far my body loves it. i wake up each morning actually wanting to work out.
now to figure out the eating plan.....
