in my ongoing tribute to corporate america i bring you another segment of "stupidity inc."
tonight at work we had a safety training meeting about working from ladders, high places and lift equipment.
the stuporvisor in charge of creating and reading aloud the session told us these amazing facts:
1) it's not bad that only 7 people died while building the empire state building and 11 died building the golden gate bridge.
2) they must have had better balance back then ( the 30's ) because it was before safety equipment was invented.
and finally my personal favorite:
3) gravity has pretty much stayed the same since the 1930's
i'm nominating him for nobel in physics.
