What a day. Listening to some Armin Van Buuren relaxing after a 4.6 mile run. Pretty solid if I do say so myself. I feel great, kind of tired and dehydrated but nothing else besides that. I still gotta do my upper body and core workouts right now, and then I gotta go and do some homework.
First, here's a map of my run. The GPS was acting up and said I cut through the field twice which doesn't make sense because I didn't, but I don't expect it to be 100% accurate. Just so long as it generally gets my distance down, I'm happy. I'm most happy that I managed to up my distance by .8 miles, so I'll keep that up for a week or so before I up my distance again. Running is hella addictive, cant hate on it.
I'm really excited for my upper body and core workouts today, because I'm aiming for some bomb definition in coming weeks. Summer is going to be incredible this year.
After I finish my core and upper body, I gotta start some homework. Correction, I gotta do a lot of math homework, typed up something for English, finish my Italian sonnet, and then study for a philosophy quiz tomorrow. I really, really need to do well on this next quiz because my last two weren't so hot. I'm not trippin' too much because it's an easy concept to understand, but I really, really gotta finish my reading.
As for now, I'm enjoying some great music and that's all I really need. I love trance so much when I'm just chillin at home or working out. It makes for a better night. I'm especially happy because it's like 77 degrees which is GORGEOUS weather. Too bad I don't have my car to go drive around and enjoy it. Oh well, I can go walk or run again instead.
Time to make my body beautiful. I really plan to make a full progress list during the summer when I reach my goal. Cant wait to share it with you guys.

Oh and don't worry you don't need a car you can get a bike! Just as addictive as running. I've done both. And if you have a sense for danger you might even like riding better then running. Unless you make a habit of running in traffic.
