Well trying to adjust to no more Little Brothers for concerts, but Ben from Little Brothers has been doing some shows recently at the Ravari Room. I saw the Heartless Bastards a while back, which was a switch for that place. Last weekend I saw Jucifer play, and surprisingly, it wasn't that loud of a show for them considering all the speakers always on the stage for them. Those two are still nutty as ever and polarizing considering the turnout was a disappointment for the manager of the bar, of friend of mine. Monday was Heavy Trash, the latest little Jon Spencer project. This outfit has more of a rockabilly element to it, but he still is the same showman, even if he is starting to show his age a little.
