Just got back from a check up on my knee - it's looking good, although I have to get on a stationery ( i think I spelled that wrong ) bike and stretch out my muscle in my leg by using the bike slowly.
Did any of you happen to watch that show last night about Flight 93 from 9-11-01 ? I did and I thought it was very good - it gave me goosebumps seeing what those passengers went through...it was very moving.....

I tried but I live too close to NYC and lost 5 friends that day. THey were just friends I can not understand how the families watch or listen to anything from 9-11.

i watched that special it was really freaky. one of the people watching it lived in weehawken nj right across the river and she saw the towers collapse surreal
