OK , my weekend is made ! I was driving around in the jeep today and I got beeped at - in a good way - by a good looking guy - this may not seem like a big deal to some of you, but I was happy wink Hey, I'm old...these things don't happen often when your old. XOXO

Well that is a good thing... Thank you for the recommendation about the water... not to worry... I sell a recovery drink that i use when i do these types of things... As long as you hydrate, rest and don't over do it... everything will be fine... hope you had a wonderful sunday...
