Well, it's 2:30 in the morning and I can't sleep 
Haven't really slept in 2 days. Going for an MRI tomorrow afternoon to rule out a possible torn rotator cuff in my shoulder...the pain is unbearable
I am going to a med website to see if the pharmacy gave me the right pills bacause they aren't working at all !Talk to everyone soon XOXO
