Getting out of work early on Tuesday to take my son to the " Federal Hill Stroll ". Federal Hill is the Italian part of town in Providence. For $ 25 a person you walk up and down the streets sampling food and drinks....there are about 30 participating restaurants and establishments in all - give or take a few !
