well i've been back at work, but only because i had a training class i had to attend. i still feel like shit and hate sitting around in this training class. then i got volunteered for another day training class on friday. ugh.

my stomach/chest is hurting. i think eating nothing but potatoes and veggie burgers cooked over a fire all weekend fucked with my system. plus the copius amounts of various alcohols i ingested.
