To be good at working out you have to be good at kicking your own ass. The way to do it is relax your mind while your body does it's job, and avoid mental games like checking the time or bargaining.

i'm so glad someone else feels this way! i actually like making my body go through a hard HARD routine once in a while b/c that "burn" that eveyone talks about .. yeah you know, well those feelings make me realize that things other then my head can hurt ... and the only way that i can put it to truely explain myself is, that pain just makes meeh feel
