Was a beautiful day today. Damn hot for Germany. Since I felt terribly lazy I decided to do some sport stuff. Too much, too hot - so I wasn't able to do anything else anymore. Just hung around for the rest of the day. The only thing I could motivate myself to do was a little meditation practice. Yes, that's called weekend ... and now I'm going to get some sherry and may be go on writing something for the groups...
