I've been sleeping like 12+ hours a night and I can't figure out why. It's really becomming a problem because it results in a lot of missed classes which I really need to goto. Anyone know of any good ways to wake up in the mornings?

Ok. So it's been forever and a half since I've up-dated my journal, …
perhaps you have a vitamin deficiency of some sort? i was feeling a little sluggish for awhile and thought that maybe i had low iron...started taking vitamins every morning...now i've been feeling quite a bit better.
and always: coffee! and lots of it!
