Happy Friday the 13th! I just wanted to write a little blog after another amazing show by the SG Blackheart Burlesque! I attended the VIP Meet & Greet and the show in Boston last weekend (April 7th) with my boyfriend and best friend. We had such a good time!! Seriously, these ladies get more and more beautiful and talented each time I see them. It was my best friend's first time so I was more than happy to pop that cherry because I knew she would love it! For me, this show provides me with a sense of internal power, sexiness, and freedom. It leaves me with new confidence, to love the skin I'm in and to celebrate our differences and "flaws," together, as women. I honestly couldn't be happier to provide this feeling with my bestie as well ❤❤ BHB will be back in Boston this Fall and y'all already know I'm counting down the days! In other fun SG news, I'll be traveling to NYC again for a mini shootfest in June!! I'm thrilled to say that I'm going to be shooting with the one & only @sunshine ☀ No big deal, just someone who I've wanted to shoot with for frickin years now! 😍😍😍 I'm also planning to make a trip out to LA in August or September to visit SG HQ and hopefully spend some time in the SG house. Honestly, I'm just so thankful for SG, and all of these opportunities I have had since I first started my journey 5+ years ago. Sometimes I think what my life without SG would be like, and it literally makes me so sad! Just imagine if I chickened out... if I didn't follow my dreams of becoming an SG just because I was a mom. I think about those things sometimes, because I know how different my life would be. I know I wouldn't be as comfortable in my skin, and I know I'd always feel like something was missing. One thing's for sure - I wouldn't be a part of this kick ass girl gang where I'm surrounded by amazing and beautiful women - and that sounds like a sad, sad life to me. So thank you SG for choosing lil ol' me to be part of such an amazing group of women, and thank you SG community for all of your kindness & support. I'll be forever humbled and thankful to you all. 🙏
