OH MY FUCKING GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Holy Shit, Nomeansno was so figgin amazing last night! I hate the asinine liquor laws here that segragates people by age, makes me miss DC. Because of said laws and loosing my lisence and it being almost impossible to replace for various reasons, I was stuck upstairs with all the five year olds. I had to deal with two really weak bands(holy shit, so fucking bad) who had no idea who they were opening for. Then an ok band who actually had some respect. While I was waiting for the show to start, I hung out front, looking at the merch, chatted with the guy, who was a friend of theirs who lives here and was doing them a favor. I bought a reissue of the extremely hard to find first album of theirs, when it was just Rob and John Wright, and a really cool shirt, he gave me a couple stickers just because. After Love Me Destroyter(the third band), I went downstairs again and said, I had to have a poster, I gotta control myself and not get any other cd or shirt, because I really wanted to just buy everything. I pulled out my dollar and dude told me to put it away, not to worry about it, really friggin cool like. Finally, FINALLY, Nomeansno went on, and kicked ass! They played an amazing set, did one encore, did another, and fucking played the Clash(I'm So Bored With The USA)! That song alone was enough to make it the most perfect night of my life, the only thing that could have made it more perfect would've been if Joe Strummer had come back from the dead to sing with them. My favorite band playing my other favorite band, fuck! Then they talk about doing a song about someone who's passed on(these limited moron kids by me started yelling out Wessley Willis), and I knew, it being April 15, and it being Nomeansno, they were talking about Joey Ramones, and they started playing Joey Had To Go(one of two Hanson Bros. songs they played) and I got a little misty.
Holy fuck, that was just one hell of a good night. I still hate doing shit like that alone tho.

Too bad I never watch that movie.
The caller I have on the phone right now has Mrs. Robinson as her hold music. Suddenly I'm craving electrical tape!!
Twin Dilemma.....yea, not a favorite of mine either.
