Tonights dinner was great, saw a lot of people I hadnt seen in a long time. I really needed to get out, I think it really helped to calm everything down and kinda put my mind at ease to the fact that everything is ok for now and there is no need to worry about it. It still lurks in the back of my mind but I am not dwelling on it and have realize as well that I am not at fault here.
