Story of the day...........................

Hello People

Thanks to all of you who sent well wishes for my silly little head (see last post for story) I am feeling much better now cept for the one little area above my right eye which PiratePete seems to think that I may have a hairline fracture in the bone It is so nice to be able to think straight again too!!!!

Today I had to have my fingerprints taken (no silly - I am not in trouble with the law.......at least not today) so that I am one step closer to being a legal resident here in the gool ol' USA Now all I have to do is have my medical and I am good to go. It is funny because when I made the appointment for my medical the receptionist was telling me that I had to have certian vaccines, blood tests, etc done and that it was going to take a while to do it all. I told her that I had just released from the Canadian Military and they don't let people go without doing all of that PLUS brainwashing them into leaving the country as fast as they can). She just laughed and told me that I should be all set after my appointment next week so after that all I can do is wait it out. I am really starting to get antsy about joining the Coast Guard because I am missing the military even more than ever right now since Pete left for the field on Tuesday. I know that there are probably lots of people out there who think that I am still suffering from the concussion when I say that I am happiest when I am surrounded by jets, helicoptors and people running around in uniforms

Other than that I don't have much else to say - for those of you who asked about my declined set......I may post it for SCS closer to Christmas due to the theme of it but I am not 100% sure yet. I dunno - I am sitting on the fence about it because of all the other hopeful sets that are out there that have been getting a bashing Perhaps I am being silly about it but I just don't know if I am willing to hear all of the negative comments that it may/probably will receive

ANYWAYS....I hope everyone is having a fantastic Thursday

P.S - THIS has to be about the most awsome invention EVER!!!! Who knew that an iPod could be so much fun
