Life is good. Classes are insane. I'm doing my best to stay ahead on them because I know that I get lazy half way through the semester and I can't risk any bad grades this semester because I'm so close to graduating.
The new apartment in Sacramento is really nice and cozy now and is feeling like home. My neighborhood isn't the best though. Pizza wont even deliver to us durring the day lol. I'm enjoying my time up here and I quite like the people I am living with.
Sadly however I had to evict a friend of mine from a house I own in Vallejo. 
He hadn't been paying rent and I really need the money right now and there is someone who wants to move in that will pay rent. He was really understanding about it. He knows that it is nothing personal and it isn't going to affect our friendship.
Things with me and my lover are going quite well now. The drama has subsided and almost left and things are starting to get back to normal again which is nice. I'll be seeing her tonight for a nice night in of ice cream, beer, and bad tv (Toddlers and Tieras if you haven't seen it you should. It's a horrific show that I just can't stop watching. It's on On Demand).
