My story is coming along, but not in a way which you'd expect. I haven't written much more on the actual story; I'm currently storyboarding and putting together a plot outline. I've figured out a way to turn it into at least a two book series. The ending is going to leave you hanging
It's probably going to take me all the way into 2007 to get a good handle on writing it. I am not even going to set a deadline on it since I'm new to the writing process...
Man I am excited about moving back to school. Can't stand it at home anymore. I hung out with a couple of my friends from Sometimes It Rains at their townhouse yesterday and talked for a good hour and a half about music and school and stuff. It's so great, I found -finally- another person who doesn't know why the fuck he's going to SMU. I thought I was the only one. I was so set on transferring...but I think I've found my place. The best part? This kid asks me what I'm majoring in, and after telling him the story of my changing majors like 9 times I say that I'm considering majoring in English with a specialization in Creative Writing. He says, "Oh, you're like me!"
What are the chances? I met another writer. Bad ass. BTW, I'm thinking about double majoring with Spanish...I have a good reason for it.
I drink Coke in the mornings to wake up. That makes me weird. I tried only drinking water at the start of my job, because I don't like to muck up my system with Coke very much...but I found myself falling asleep at my desk. I then realized that unless I get a good 9 hours of sleep, which is impossible, I can't make it without caffeine. I don't even drink the shit for the taste in the mornings, I just throw it back. Why? I hate, loate, detest coffee to the core. I can only drink coffee products when they're in fancy drinks like macchiatos and frapuccinos.
