So it was hot as Hell down on The Farm today. Turning wrenches in a green tin building, in 90 degree heat can be brutal. I drank more than a gallon of water today. I swear Satan himself ask to borrow my fan a little after 2:00PM. But that's how it goes, everybody's piece of shit always breaks down when its hot outside.
I'm not looking forward to rebuilding the front end of that Tahoe with 246k on it tomorrow. It wouldn't be so bad if you could get upper controls with bushings already in them. But as it stands I'm going to be pressing new bushings into upper control arms, replacing an idler arm and steering box before realigning it. At least the no-start Eclipse was just out of gas with a broken gas guage. That's gravy, if they even want it fixed.
That's all for now, I'm going on the four-hundred twentieth mission of the day.
