My membership dries up in May. I'll still show up occasionally and dribble some for those who wish to be dribbled on by the mental patients. Some of y'all might even dig that kinda scene. I'm going to take guitar lessons so that I may dig deeper into the skronk and twang of my hereos like Derek Bailey, Link Wray, Roy Buchanan, Sonny Sharrock, and Eddie Hazel. I'm just not satisfied where I'm at with the ole Les Paul. Is that the sign of a potential musician? Dissatisfaction? Cause I went back to listen to some old Public Image LTD and I sound strikingly similar to the guitarist for that outfit. This doesn't make me happy. It's bad enough that I don't know how to play but to also not know how to play exactly like someone else is frightening.
Neurosis & Jarboe will give me nightmares
Mahalia Jackson makes me feel good
Metal Machine Music reminds me to take my medication
The last Karoli session will make me kill my family in a ritualistic fashion. SWOOP!
SOUNDTRACK OF THE DAY
Sandinista! and OXBOW's AN EVIL HEAT and LOOKING GLASS' "Brandy"
GET UP AND KILL!

playing like Keith Levene =
naught to complain about
'specially if you mean the Flippered-out "Albatross"
or the "DEATH DISCO" that AbbA forgot to write
when they were buried outta that Japanese car trunk
the cassette played . . .
