All I ever wanted was to be a volunteer where it's all falling apart worse than it is here. Just give me a small mattress to sleep on and the occasional soup. I can't handle all of this nonsense. Even if I had millions of dollars in my pocket and every man at my feet...it wouldn't make me happy. Money is destroying me. Money's got a firehose pumping gasoline on the side of me holding a whiskey bottle and a Bowie knife. Most of the time I'm pretty polite and respectful to other people. One day someone is going to cross the line and I'm going to open them up right in front of their family. Where can I escape? Is there a fantasy land where money simply isn't an issue? Do y'all know of any hippie/New Age colonies like the one they had in Billy Jack?

I have very little music like that, really. I need some more. I guess I need to make a note of the labels that put it out and search on them.
So Zevon died. Some dude on the boards said he was an "arrogant prick" in the documentary... and I admit when I like people who are arrogant pricks sometimes (like Oasis) but I really have no idea what that guy's even talking about.
