I dunno...I think it depends on your attitude entering into it. I would hope that a person with big self-esteem issues wouldn't pose in the first place, because it's dangerous to put yourself out there like this if you are completely unsure of yourself. But I think SG has helped me more than anything...I felt pretty good about myself already, I know that i'm a good person, but being on SG does remind me that I might also be beautiful, as well. If I'm having low self-esteem for a day I can look at my picture sets and the way people have appreciated them and feel a lot better.
I share a lot of my opinions and beliefs on my journal, and I think that that helps a lot, as well..i do get the automatic fan-boy responses, but they are generally ignored and I get real, honest feedback (at least I feel that i do)

After a really good phone interview, there has been zero progress on the job front today. They said not to really expect anything until Monday but I like to get all wound up .. ehehe it's fun.
