My legs are flat killing me, the knees mostly. My last three jogs I did on pavement instead of dirt, and a bit longer also. Not sure if that's the issue or just not taking a break. I figured that alternating biking would help the soreness that I knew would be coming, but not really. I'm going to stick to the bike only until my knees feel better, I like the bike better anyhow, but Norvin can't come along.
