I had a long drive up to Fort Collins yesterday with Norvin in the tiny back seat area of the ranger. He did better than I expected, slept 90% of the time and sat up and looked around the other 10%. A few stops to stretch his legs is all he needed. I get to relax a few days until Christmas, then get home and pack up the truck trailer & desert toys and head off to Glamis for the New Years mayhem. ye-haw! Winter is my slow time at work so I get to play "gentleman of liesure" for a bit.
One thing I look forward to on long drives is packing the truck with music I usually don't listen to regularly. I went to youtube to see if I might find Tav Falco's Panther Burns doing "Bourgeoisie Blues" which I listened to like 15 times yesterday. Couldn't find the song, but I found this cool french interview with Tav. I like this quote: "I'd like to say that Panther Burns are the last steam engine train on the track that don't do nuthin but run and blow"

Norvin sounds like an A#1 pooch, I hope to shake his paw some day.
