Saw the doc today for my first follow up on my ankle and everything seems to be looking good in the X-rays. I ended up getting 8 screws and 1 plate. Luckly there was no ligimate or tendon damage. Next week they will remove the splint and take out the staples-stitches, and I will either get a removable Gene Simmons looking Kiss boot or maybe a cast. I am hoping for the boot...... that way I can lay on my couch blasting Love Gun pulling some mean air guitar to pass the time!
