So, it's been a while. The college thing has been keeping me plenty busy. It has been challenging to be both a straight A student and a slacker. I'm doing exceedingly well, yet skipping most classes. You know how it is.
Sennheiser made my HD 600 cans obsolete with their new HD 650 model. HeadRoom claims, "Stunning in every sense of the word," as well as, "A sonic masterpiece." Frequency response is 2 Hz lower and 500 Hz higher, total harmonic distortion has been cut in half, and the sound pressure level has been upped 6 dB. I'd order a pair except I have a bigger project in the works.
I'm putting in a home theater. I have an Epson Powerlite S1 and a Panasonic SC-HT900 on the way. I just need to pick up a ceiling mount and VGA to component cable, and build some sort of screen. I'm aiming for a 4:3 100" thrown from 10 feet. OH, YEAAHH!
