Memo to self. When cantering downhill, if the horse goes straight ahead, when you expect the little darling to go left, expect to part company !!!! End result 1 x broken rib...ouch !! and personal dignity which needs superglueing together again. Not that I got much sympathy from the staff of course. I got told off for falling off when there were no witnnesses with cameras out, hmmmm.....So that's me off for a bit and my eventing ambitions on hold for a month at least. My next mission is to source some decent body armour which doesn't make me look to special needs.
All well otherwise, though I went on a training course recently , which to my mind was 80% dross and 20% useful. It also left me with a very poor view of corporate training indeed. Am I being an old fuddy duddy here, or does anyone else feel the same ?
Other than that am looking forward to the Wendy House in Leeds, on Saturday, which ought to be fun.
