Jumping on the Bandwagon
Ok, so I *finally* heard some stuff from The Dresden Dolls today, and I must say, I am starting to like them...They have a really cool sound to their songs.
Who Needs Sleep Anyway?
Yea, so my sleeping habits have been really really really messed up lately, which sucks cause I have school next week and really need to get into some sort of routine...Anyway, on Monday night, I wasn't thinking and took my allergy medicine before going to bed...What's wrong with that you ask? Well, my medicine keeps me awake -.- I didn't end up going to sleep until around 5 in the morning, and woke up and 8. Then, last night, I just couldn't fall asleep at all...I tossed and turned into the early hours and woke up relatively early once again... *sigh*
Finally Deciding my Own Future
So, I took a stand against my parents on Monday and argued my way into changing my intended major. It isn't official yet, as I still need to fill out the paper work, but I already made the changes to my schedule. I changed from Electrical to Computer Engineering, and based on how well things go, I am going to try to double major in both. Not really a big change, but this is really the first time I've made a decision on my own about school...It felt good to have a victory over my parents, even if it was a small one.

Ugh, so I just keep feeling more and more sick. I'm 90% sure I have a sinus infection which really sucks because when my sinuses swell, I get those post-surgery pains...And I really don't want to go back on painkillers again >_< And now my throat is starting to hurt
But I can't go to the doctors because of the whole thing where I had to switch medical groups, and because my schedule is just so full right now
The Art Scene
Yea, so our new project in my art class with Billy Martinez is creating comic covers. The one I am planning is a bit cliche, but I still think it looks pretty cool. It is a picture of Batman running forward, with a big clock behind him...The discussion of my setup was funny...I drew the hands of the clock in random positions and it came out to 2 o'clock, so this guy, James, in my class is like "So, he's trying to make last call huh? I mean, it is two o'clock and he's reaching out like 'Just one more drink!'" I was laughing so hard...So I played along and drew a bottle in the foreground
