My back is still in a lot of pain. I need to take it easy, stretch and strengthen the muscles around it. That means work that I've been putting off for years. Why? I'm not sure. Take your pick out of the gaggle of reasons I have already preloaded for your pleasure. Feel free to apply the base of all this to something just as applicable. Something hurts so do what is required to make it better. I laugh at people who see themselves as superior because they can bottle their emotions up all the time. Eventually all that avoidance of what's truly wrong will manifest itself in unpredicatable places, times, and momments. Had I taken better care of my body, had I dealt with the problem of working a desk job and continuosly having a deplorable diet, I would not be in such bad condition having the laziness manifest itself in my lower back.

Back probalens are the worst. I will avoid mine antil I die. Hell or chiropractor, whichever comes first!
