I went to Dallas last night to see Leonard Cohen play; seeing him live was an experience I never expected to have seeing as he is 74 now and hasn't toured in 15 years or so. It was AMAZING; 3 hours, about 6 encores; I have seen a lot of great shows, but this was one that was really special. I can't recall ever seeing a performer that passionate, commanding, and utterly humble. I got out of work early, hit the road with the girl and some friends, partied all the way up to Dallas, and then experienced a performance that was worth a 1000 trips to church. I'm a lucky guy.

Hey Skeptic; yes, it was really great. He has a new DVD out of a performance in London with a very similar setlist. I recommend it, I'm going to get it for when I want to relive the show every now and then. Take care.

Yeah, it's a bit difficult trying to get anything done right now, but thank you for commenting!
