if you can put up with a few weeks of having a big tongue then I reckon you'd be fine with getting it pierced. I had it bad for longer cos I got one done two months after the other so there was twice as much healing time. It's all better now though and I love it. My only regret is not getting them done side-by-side.

What bad storie have you hear about tongue piercings? I got mine done twice a few months back and didn't really have any problems.
